No-Matter-What LIMITED Lifetime Warranty
We build gear to last, and we stand behind every product we make. The Nocs Provisions “No Matter What Limited Lifetime Warranty” offers coverage against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — for the reasonable lifetime of the product.
WHAT’S COVERED
This warranty applies to all Nocs Provisions binoculars, monoculars, and optics products. It covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Damage that occurs during normal use and is determined to result from a manufacturing fault
If your product has a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge, not including shipping.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs, etc.)
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage (e.g., drops, fire, damage caused by pets, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repair
- Accessories, packaging, or promotional items
Warranty Duration
This warranty lasts for the practical lifetime of the product — meaning the period during which the product can reasonably be expected to remain functional with normal use. This is not the lifetime of the purchaser. If the product is no longer in production or parts are unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement at our discretion. This timeline, of course.
How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue with your Nocs product, please contact our support team at yo@nocsprovisions.com. Include a description of the issue, proof of purchase (if available), and photos if possible. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
